This Privacy Policy applies to Value Plus Core — a comprehensive solution covering sales, POS, inventory, payments, and receipts.

The app integrates with Value Plus ERP and is provided by HIGH-SPEED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Account credentials — username/password for ERP login.
Sales & POS data — items sold, prices, discounts, and customer info if recorded.
Inventory data — stock levels and product master data.
Payment & receipt transactions — amount, method, date, and reference numbers.
Device information — model, OS version, unique device ID for security.
Log data — IP address, app version, and timestamp of actions.
Crash reports & performance data.

How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you into Value Plus ERP.
To record and sync transactions, inventory, payments, HR requests, and attendance.
To generate reports and analytics for your organization.
To improve app stability and security.
To comply with legal and audit requirements.

Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only:

With your employer / organization (the ERP owner).
With service providers (hosting, crash reporting) under confidentiality agreements.
If required by law or legal process.

Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit. Data resides depending on your organization's deployment model:

Option A — Cloud by High-Speed IT:
Data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by High-Speed Information Technology's approved cloud providers, complying with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and similar standards.
Option B — Client-hosted Cloud:
Data resides entirely on your selected cloud provider or on-premises solution. High Speed Information Technology does not store or control your data — we simply facilitate the connection and provide application logic.

Data is retained while your organization maintains an active ERP account. Deletion requests must be submitted to your ERP administrator or to admin@highspeed.eg.

Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Request a copy of your data.

Contact your ERP administrator first, as they control your account.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify users via the app or email of any material changes. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.
